Best inauguration party favor so far — trillion dollar coins made of chocolate.  Washington’s coin fever is already fading, though. After some Obama supporters rallied around the idea of issuing platinum trillion dollar coins to thwart Republican threats on the debt ceiling, a Treasury official recently squashed the idea.  The chocolate coins — sort of a cross between Hanukkah candy and Obama fan fiction — were handed out at a Saturday inaugural reception at the Cosmos Club, a swanky, old-school social club on Embassy Row. The event drew some major figures in the fiscal fights, like anti-tax crusader Grover Norquist and liberal Rep. Jerrold Nadler, along with rising political stars like Julian Castro, the San Antonio Mayor who Obama tapped for a keynote address at this year’s convention, and Rep.
